Shipping policy

In the order process you enter your delivery address. We currently ship to the following countries:

For orders within Germany we charge an environmental fee of 0,99 € per order. Shipping is carried out by DHL. The delivery time is 1 - 3 days.

For orders within the EU we charge a flat rate of 5,99 €. The shipment is carried out by UPS. The delivery time is 3 - 6 days.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the first following working day.

We only use cardboard boxes made from recycled cardboard and shipping bags made from recycled materials for packaging.

The delivery period begins with the payment methods purchase on account, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, credit card and instant bank transfer for an order before 12.00 noon on the same day. For orders placed after 12.00 noon, the delivery period for these payment methods begins on the following day.

Shipment tracking
As soon as the order is shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail will also contain a DHL or UPS tracking number.

Return

You can return the ordered goods to the Fynch-Hatton Online Shop within 14 days of receipt. The return within Germany is carried out by DHL and is free of charge for you. (Returns pre-registration) A returns note and returns label will be enclosed with your order. Returns outside Germany are not free of charge. The buyer is responsible for the costs incurred.  The return note must be enclosed with the return. Brief instructions for this are included on the return note. Please enclose the completed return note with the return shipment. This enables us to credit your customer account with the equivalent value of the returned goods as soon as we receive it. The reason for return also helps us to process the return and improve our service to you. Of course, you do not have to pay for the returned goods.

To avoid damage to the item, please pack it well. It is best to use the original packaging.

Please affix the return label to the package so that it is clearly visible from the outside, and then simply post it at the nearest DHL post office. Please do not enclose a new order with the return - even if you are exchanging an item. This will avoid unnecessary delays.

After the return authorisation, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the amount will be credited to your account within the next few days. You will receive the amount in the same way you paid for the order.

Important: The delivered items are only for the purpose of trying them on, as is usual in stationary retail. If the returned goods are in a poor or used condition, we reserve the right to claim compensation from you. The Fynch-Hatton Online Shop currently only accepts returns of goods that you have also purchased in the Fynch-Hatton Online Shop. Please always return goods purchased from a Fynch-Hatton store directly to that store.
