creative decoration ideas, spontaneous favorite moments or moods that accompany us in everyday life.
Our recommendation: Autumnal lettuce with fig, pomegranate and goat cheese
Ingredients:
1 lettuce
3 fresh figs
1/2 pomegranate
100g goat cheese roll
1 handful of walnuts or pine nuts
Dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
Salt & Pepper
Preparation:
1. Lettuce on top SINGA mango wood bowl lay out
2. Arrange fig pieces decoratively on top
3. Decorate with pomegranate seeds and fried goat cheese
4. Top with roasted nuts
