All payments and credits take place in euros (€).
We offer you the following payment methods: 

Clear

  • PAYMENT: With Klarna you have the option of buying the ordered goods using the invoice. You will receive the goods before payment and receive an invoice from the external service provider and transfer the invoice amount directly to Klarna.
  • REFUND: As soon as a returned article arrives from us, the corresponding value of goods is credited to the loaded account.

 PayPal

You have the option of completing the purchase with PayPal or PayPal Express. So you save time and can buy our products quickly and safely online. You will be forwarded to PayPal and can complete the purchase there quickly, easily and safely.

  • PAYMENT: As a PayPal customer, you can pay quickly and easily. Your advantage is that the payment is usually immediately authorized and that we can therefore arrange for the goods to be sent as soon as possible.
  • REFUND: As soon as a returned article arrives from us, the corresponding value of goods will be credited to your PayPal account. 

Credit card: Visa & Mastercard including Maestro

  • PAYMENT: Pay comfortably and safely by credit card. Your credit card will be loaded as soon as the order is sent.
  • REFUND: As soon as a returned article arrives from us, the corresponding goods value of the loaded credit card is credited.

Google Pay

  • PAYMENT: Google Pay is a mobile payment payment system for Android devices. Pay quickly and easily via your mobile device.
  • REFUND: As soon as a returned article arrives from us, the corresponding value of goods is credited to the loaded account. 

Apple Pay

  • PAYMENT: Apple Pay is a payment system of the US company Apple for in-house, mobile devices. Pay quickly and easily via your mobile device.
  • REFUND: As soon as a returned article arrives from us, the corresponding value of goods is credited to the loaded account. 

    Bancontact (Belgium)

    • PAY: After you have entered your card data, you will be forwarded to your own online banking environment to authorize the payment.
    • REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned article, the corresponding goods value will be credited to the loaded account.

     Ideal (Netherlands)

    • PAY: If you choose the ideal payment method, you will be forwarded to your own online banking environment, where you will log into your bank account and be asked to authorize the payment. If this has happened, the bank immediately confirms the payment and you will be returned to the web shop.
    • REFUND: As soon as we receive a return item, the corresponding value of goods will be credited to your bank account.

    EPS (Austria)

    • PAY: The EPS online transfer is based on the online banking of the buyer bank and enables easy and safe handling of e-payments via the Internet.
    • REFUND: As soon as we receive a return item, the corresponding value of goods will be credited to your bank account.

    Shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL. The delivery time is 1 -3 days.

    For orders within the EU we charge a shipping flat rate of € 5.99. The shipping is carried out by DHL internationally. The delivery time is 3 - 6 days. At DHL Express deliveries, the costs are € 13.99 and the delivery time 1 - 4 working days. The order must have been received before 12 noon. 

    Please note that orders that you give up on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the first following working day.

    We only use boxes made of recycled cardboard and shipping bags made of recycled materials as packaging material.

    The period of delivery begins with the payment methods purchase on account, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, credit card and immediate transfer when ordering until 12 noon on the same day. When ordering after 12 noon, the deadline for these payment methods begins on the following day.

    Tracking
    As soon as the order is sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email also contains a DHL tracking number.

    Return

    You can send us back to us within 14 days. Please make sure that all returned articles are in your original condition and are returned to us in the original packaging, including a label.

    Return - that's how it works!

    Visit our Return portal at https://fynch-hatton.Returnportal.online/ and conveniently register your return online. 
    Enter your 5-digit order number and your email address in the return portal. Select the articles of your order, which you want to send back and create the DHL label free of charge within Germany or follow the instructions of the portal. Print out the label or have it printed out by DHL. To avoid article damage, please pack the items well and bring the package to the next DHL branch. 
    As soon as the package has arrived, checked and accepted, we will refund the purchase price of the article. The reimbursement takes place, according to the payment method you have chosen and can take up to 7 days.

    We offer you the article in another size or colour (Reserved for intermediate sales). 
    This also happens via our return portal as described. 
    You have the free choice of reimbursement or exchange of an article there. 
    In the event of an exchange, the amount will not be reimbursed, but after receiving the article to be retreated, new in your desired large or colour sent to you.
    Depending on the return input, this can take a few days. We ask for your understanding.

    Important: The delivered articles only serve for the purpose of fitting, such as usual in stationary retail. If the returned goods are in poor or used condition, we reserve the right to request a value replacement of you. The Fynch-Hatton Online Shop currently only accepts returns that you have also acquired in the Fynch-Hatton Online Shop. In a Fynch-Hatton Store, you can always return goods acquired directly in the corresponding store.
