Return instructions

If you don't fit or like an article, you can easily send it back to us within 14 days. Please note that the articles must be in its original condition. Labels must be attached to the product and the items in the original packaging must be stowed away.

To the return portal

Step 1:

Visit the website fynch-hanton.Returnportal.online.

Step 2:

Enter your 5-digit order number and email address and then select the items that you want to send back in the portal.

Step 3:

Now you can have the return label created. This is free of charge within Germany.

Step 4:

Print out the label itself and put it on your package, or let your mail order company print out and attach it.

Step 5:

Submit the package and wait for us to edit your return.

Step 6:

After an examination, the purchase price is reimbursed according to the selected payment method.
