Shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL. The delivery time is 1 - 3 days.
For orders within the EU we charge a flat rate shipping fee of €5.99. Shipping is carried out internationally by DHL. The delivery time is 3 - 6 days. For DHL Express deliveries the cost is €13.99 and the delivery time is 1 - 4 working days. The order must be received before 12 p.m.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the first following business day.
We only use boxes made from recycled cardboard and shipping bags made from recycled materials as packaging material.
The delivery period begins with the payment methods purchase on account, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, credit card and instant transfer for an order placed by 12 p.m. on the same day. If you order after 12 p.m., the deadline for these payment methods begins on the following day.
Tracking

Return
You can return unworn items to us within 14 days.
Please note that the items must be in their original condition. Labels must be attached to the product and items must be in their original packaging.
Returns - this is how it works!
Visit our Returns portal at https://fynch-hatton.returnsportal.online/ and conveniently register your return online.
Enter your 5-digit order number and your email address in the returns portal and select the items in your order that you would like to return. To avoid item damage, please pack the items well and take the package to your nearest mail order company.
National returns: For returns within Germany, you can have the DHL return label created free of charge. Then print out the label and attach it to your package, or have your local mail order company print it out and attach it.
International returns: For returns outside of Germany, choose a shipping company of your choice (e.g. DHL or UPS) and send your package to the following address:

As soon as the package has arrived, checked and accepted, we will refund you the purchase price of the returned items. The refund will be made according to the payment method you chose and can take up to 7 days.

Important: The items delivered are only used for trying on items, as is common in stationary retail. If the returned goods are in poor or used condition, we reserve the right to demand compensation from you. The Fynch-Hatton online shop currently only accepts returns of goods that you have purchased in the Fynch-Hatton online shop. Please always return goods purchased in a Fynch-Hatton store directly to the relevant store.
